Accounts and plans
Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Quotas reset monthly from the subscription start date. Exceeding your plan’s query quota will pause AI responses until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
NetSuite connection
You are responsible for the NetSuite role and permissions granted to the Token-Based Authentication credential you connect. Use the least privilege required. We recommend a read-only role for initial usage.
AI output
SuiteGenius generates SuiteQL and SuiteScript based on your inputs and NetSuite context. You are responsible for reviewing generated code before deploying it to production. We are not liable for business impact resulting from unreviewed AI output.
Acceptable use
Do not use SuiteGenius to extract data you are not authorized to access, to violate NetSuite’s own terms, or for any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments will retry per Stripe’s standard dunning flow; access pauses after repeated failure. Refunds within the first 14 days are available on request via hatcherwilliame@gmail.com.
Liability
Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. The service is provided as-is without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
